At ALCO Stores, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. We want to make it easy for you.
Purchases made at ALCO Stores Online can easily be returned or exchanged by mail, or at any of our stores. All returns must be enclosed in the original packaging.
Step One: Go Online to Process Your Return
- Log into your ALCO Online account from the My Account link located at the top left of our Store Home Page.
- Locate the order nubmer which contains the item(s) you wish to return and select it.
- Once you are viewing the order details, click on "Add New RMA."
- Select the number of items you would like to return, your reason for the return, and your method of reimbursement.
- Add any comments you would like to your RMA.
- Submit your return request by clicking "Save RMA."
- An ALCO Online Returns Specialist willc ontact you via email to confirm your Return Request.
Step Two: Print a Prepaid Return Label
- Print a Prepaid UPS Return Label by clicking here, or by clicking the link on your RMA request.
- Place the label on your package and ship it via UPS. Find a UPS Shipping location.
- Please note that your refund will be reduced by $7.50 if you use a prepaid return label. Your refund may be reduced at a slightly higher rate for oversized items.
UPS, our preferred shipping partner, allows you to track your return online and provides fast service, with packages arriving at our facility in 2 to 5 business days.
Returns sent via US Postal Service arrive at our facility in 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. No online tracking information is available for packages shipped via US Mail.
If you choose not to use our prepaid label service, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ship your return to:

For the fastest service, simply place a new order online. We'll ship your new item right away. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

Things to Remember About Your ALCO Return
All returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days. Returns past 90 days are not accepted.
In-store returns made without receipt, invoice or credit card may not be accepted. No such returns will be issued a cash refund; instead, an in-store Merchandise Return card, good for purchases at any ALCO Retail Store, will be issued.
A valid ID may be required when returning an item to a store location.
Returns must be new, unused and complete with accessories, instructions, and original packaging.
CD's, DVD's, tapes, videos, software, games, and collectible items cannot be returned for refund if opened. Defective titles may be exchanged for the same title only.
Repairs for defective items covered by the manufacturer's warranty become the responsibility of the manufacturer. For Manufacturer Repair/Warranty information, call 1-800-334-2526.
Seasonal, holiday and clearance items will be refunded at the current clearance price.
Credit card purchases can be refunded only to the original card.
Refunds for purchases by check may require bank validation.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to limit or refuse some items for return or exchange.
