Community involvement
Being involved in every community we serve is an important part of the ALCO mission. We strive to foster relationships with our local community members and encourage our store managers to assume the role of "Mayor of Main Street."

Community giving is an ALCO way of life. Our stores volunteer their time to participate in local and company-wide philanthropies. ALCO stores participate in local Chambers of Commerce. We encourage our store managers to become involved in their communities and their Chamber. The corporate office also participates in the annual United Way philanthropic campaign, giving back to local agencies in the Dickinson County, Kansas area.
