Second-Graders Spring into Action for Performance

"Each of us is a flower growing in life's garden," the second- graders sang.  The Evergreen Elementary students in Diamond Bar held cutouts of flowers in front of their faces, instantly transforming themselves into beautiful and very colorful spring blossoms.  According to second-grade teacher Erika McQuilliams, this is the last of three performances for her class and the five other second- grade classes.

May 14--CANNES, France -- Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are expecting twins.  In TV interviews with NBC and the syndicated "Access Hollywood," Jolie confirmed the couple's 5th & 6th children are on the way.  The "Today" interview airs Thursday between 7-9 a.m. on WDIV (Local 4) ; "Access" will have it tonight at 6:30 p.m. on WJBK-TV, Channel 2. 

Morgan Creek Discovers 'That Face' From '24' Creator Joel Surnow

LOS ANGELES, May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Morgan Creek Productions has purchased Emmy award-winning writer/producer Joel Surnow's project That Face, it was announced today by Morgan Creek Productions Chairman and CEO James G. Robinson. That Face was written by Melanie Graham and will be produced by Morgan Creek's James G. Robinson along with Joel Surnow, David Robinson and Jonathan Koch.  Universal Pictures will distribute the film domestically with Morgan Creek International and Universal Pictures International distributing in foreign territories.
